measuring
we offer measure services through a company employee or professional service provider. for a typical kitchen, please plan for about an hour of uninterrupted time to help prevent errors or omissions.
documentation typically consists of photos, notes, and hand drawn plans.
we will transfer this documentation into our cad software to create renderings for you to review.
prior to designing, it’s important to have selected the appliances that you’ll be using, and anything else that has specifications that may affect the design.
designing
before designing, we’ll provide an estimate based on what you’re looking for, to see if it aligns with your budget. from there, we typically design for free; all we ask in return is for projects to be brought to us in earnest, and with open communication. for especially large or complicated designs, we may ask for a retainer that will be applied toward your purchase.
this is when we’ll put it all together to create a preliminary design for you, and generate some renderings to help you visualize what the completed project might look like. this step can often take a week or so. when you see it, there might be some elements of the design that aren’t quite as you imagined they would be, or changes to be made after thinking it through, and revisions are expected.
ordering
as a part of your purchase, we provide all services for material ordering, service and delivery scheduling, and product-replacement expediting. we’ll share any available updates, but we’re always just an email away if you have any questions.
curbside delivery is standard for online orders of flat-packed cabinets, and white-glove delivery is standard for semi-custom or custom cabinet orders, which we’ll arrange through a local “last-mile” delivery agent in your city.
we can only offer countertops in the greater chicago and milwaukee area, because installation is included in the purchase.
